What makes your products luxury?
All of our products and materials are handcrafted carefully with full attention and care to ensure each product is of the highest quality. Each product is checked by our quality control team before dispatch to ensure top quality items reach our customers.
We also ensure that all of our products are made from environmentally friendly, sustainable materials, from the 100% natural soy wax in our candles, to the paper and card packaging we use.
When will I get my order?
We aim to ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 2 days of your purchase. We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked services so you can track your order from dispatch to delivery. Delivery times can vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured locally in Kent but we ship across the whole of the UK. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are always of a high quality and are sourced within the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is via Royal Mail Tracked and is calculated based on your order total.
